Latasha Reaves

Executive Administrator

LaTasha Reaves has lived and worked in New Jersey for the past 11 years. Due to her excellent organizational skills, eye for details, and the ability to work well with people, she quickly moved from entry-level residential aid to a case manager and now Executive Administrator.

LaTasha brings a sense of pride and drive for structure and consistency. Her interest in healthcare was initiated when she took a direct care role and found a passion for empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives through community-based services.

Outside of work, she enjoys attending school to further her education and spending quality time with her children.

Renee Stemmer, LCSW

Clinician

Renee Stemmer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Foundationally Trained DBT therapist. She is warm, empathetic, and energetic. She has a passion for getting to know the whole person, their strengths, fears, and vulnerabilities. She values the courage it takes to change and the resilience we each have to rebuild and create a life worth living. Renee is dedicated to providing a safe space and supportive environment to work in.

Renee earned an MS degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She was Foundationally Trained in DBT through Behavioral Tech. She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She respects and welcomes clients of color, faith, and all identities.

Renee believes a healthy lifestyle is key to balancing physical and mental health. She enjoys bicycling, nature walks, yoga, and Mindful Meditation. Renee’s favorite place to spend time is at the beach. She’s also fascinated with animal life, especially elephants. And her greatest animal love is her sweet Labrador, who has abundant energy and love to give.

Natalie Kraft, LPC, LCADC

Clinician

Natalie Kraft has been working in the mental health field since 2010. Having grown up around mental illness, she became dedicated to the cause of helping others early on.

Natalie holds dual BAs in Psychology and Holistic Health and Wellness, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also trained in yoga and meditation (teaching since 2008), Substance Abuse Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Natalie’s overall approach to counseling and coaching is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic in philosophy. She has experience working with both youth and adults suffering from a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and addiction.

Natalie was born in Philadelphia, PA, and currently resides at the “Jersey Shore” in Cape May County. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. You may find her at the beach, hiking, listening to music, visiting a museum, or completing an arts and crafts project, among her many other interests.

Kelly Schaffer, LCSW

Clinician

Kelly is a master’s level licensed social worker. She is currently a doctoral student at Monmouth University in Social work in Human Rights Leadership. Kelly obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in gerontology from Stockton University. She then went on to complete her Masters at Rutgers University. She has almost a decade of experience working in mental health service. She is versed in working with individuals ranging from adolescents to geriatric adults.

Kelly has experience working with individuals in therapy to manage symptoms related to anxiety and depression. She strives to foster a safe and inclusive environment, where clients can be empowered through strengths-based approaches. Kelly enjoys utilizing mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques both in sessions and in her personal life. Kelly enjoys meditating, traveling and being in nature. During the warmer months you can find her going for a walk, swimming or hiking.
