3 month Executive Coaching Program

This process doesn’t happen through magic. This is psychology at its most productive.

We have a clear and systematic way of taking your executive to leadership success.

In an initial consultation you decide if we will work with an entire team or just a single executive.

From there your executive meets with Christina to complete an evaluation and discuss goals, intentions, and the outline of our work. They’ll take some homework away from that meeting which, when completed, will help to piece together the big picture.

From there we develop a clear plan of action for your 3 month coaching program.

This second meeting allows your executive(s) & Christina to discuss all of the data and pinpoint the goals. We will plan and prepare for 4 workshop sessions. These workshops will be tailored to the executives’ needs and the educational sections will be recorded for you and your executives to reference whenever necessary. These recordings allow learning and growth to go far beyond the three month program

During the unrecorded portions of the workshops, Christina, as 3rd party facilitator provides your team or executive with objective information about their problem areas. This also allows them to get a fresh perspective of the big picture and receive, sometimes difficult to hear, information from someone they don’t have to work with everyday. All of this makes it possible for your leaders to make measurable positive change in problem areas such as communication, boundaries, collaboration, goal setting, etc.

In addition to that, the executive(s) in the program have email access to me throughout the three months. This allows for more immediate problem solving, behavior change, and adjustments as we go.

Meeting with you will be invaluable

One of the most valuable aspects of this plan is that YOU as the HR director, hiring manager, president or CEO will have the opportunity to meet with me in the beginning and the end of the program. A bit about me

I have a Master Degree of Science in Counseling. This led me to being a part of large systems, many of which, were run poorly. I saw first hand how individual contributions were being lost to the short comings of the organization. This meant that the most powerful resource (human capital) was being poured down the drain with poor communication, not acting on plans, making big goals without processes to get there, just to name a few.

Once I started running teams I found simple but stringent processes were key to creating a productive work environment where everyone’s efforts actually contributed to meeting the goals. I also discovered the communication wins versus failures. A beautiful thing began to happen- we met goals, employees were happy, and the organizations were successful. I discovered how said processes were foreign to most people (including myself at the time).

I branched out and began consulting and coaching- learning with the teams and individuals I worked with- as they were the experts in their field. This collaboration led to a new and higher level of success in my clients. They were willing to look at themselves and the systems in which they worked, took direction and tried new things (where I come in), and took the expertise that they already had to create success.
