I have many clients who just want to see me once per week for an individual therapy session. This is a great option for a lot of people. For people struggling with some sadness or minor relationship problems, this is just what will help them through.

You will receive an email from my automated system just before you’re scheduled to meet with me online. You’ll click the link, and BAM! I’ll be there for our online session.

Strictly Skills Sessions

Some people or families just want to learn DBT skills; i.e., they don’t want therapy sessions. I’m happy to teach DBT skills in weekly sessions to you or your entire family.

You can choose 12, 16, or 24 weeks of classes depending on how in-depth you want to go. I will usually touch base with your current therapist (if you have one) to let them know what we are working on.

Mindfulness & Meditation-Based Therapy

Having a focused mindfulness routine where meditation and awareness is at the center of moving toward a healthy emotional state can be really difficult on your own.

Mindfulness and meditation-based services are best suited for treating anxiety and phobias.
